Acceptable use
Forkcast is a software product for HORECA businesses. You agree to use it for legitimate restaurant, hotel F&B, or catering operations and not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access data belonging to other accounts.
Accuracy of forecasts
Forecasts, break-even, supply alerts, and menu engineering scores are estimates produced from your POS data and the public signals we ingest (weather, mandi prices, calendar, news). They are operational guidance, not financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for business decisions made on the back of them.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance via our PCI-compliant billing partner. The 14-day trial is free with no card required. Cancellation is self-serve from the dashboard; refunds are handled per the plan terms shown at sign-up.
Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly availability for the dashboard. Forecasting jobs are scheduled overnight; missed jobs are retried the next cycle. Supply Watch alerts are best-effort and depend on third-party data feeds.
Data ownership
Your POS data, recipes, and configuration belong to you. We do not assert ownership and we do not share or sell them. On account closure, data is purged within 30 days unless you request export beforehand.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. The DPDP Act, 2023 applies to the personal data we process.
