Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. Cancel any time before day 14 and you won't be charged.
What happens after the trial?
Card capture happens at trial signup is optional. If you don't add payment, the dashboard becomes read-only on day 15 and you can return at any time by upgrading.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes — pro-rated. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle.
Do you have a free pre-launch tier?
Yes — eight free public tools at /start (break-even, capital estimator, menu pricing with live mandi prices, viability score, location scorer, licence checklist, cuisine demand heatmap, 90-day playbook). No login required.
Do you support GST invoicing?
Yes — every invoice is a valid B2B GST invoice with your GSTIN, place of supply, and the correct rate. Add your GSTIN in Settings during onboarding.
When do the Hotel F&B and Catering tiers ship?
P3 milestone — both tiers will be available with native PMS / event-book ingest. Restaurant-tier features are available to single-property F&B and small caterers today via CSV ingest.
