Paying more than mandi-implied fair price to a regular vendor.
Definition
Vendor overpayment is the silent leak when your tomato vendor charges ₹38/kg while the local APMC was ₹26/kg. Without daily mandi reference, owners cannot detect this. Forkcast's vendor-invoice panel cross-references Agmarknet and surfaces overpayment.
