Promo Incrementality

The portion of promo orders that are genuinely new (not pulled from full-price demand).

Definition

When you run a 25% off Friday promo, some orders are new (incremental); others would have happened at full price (cannibalised). Without measuring incrementality you can't tell if the promo paid for itself. Forkcast computes incrementality from POS history.
