HORECA

Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering — collectively, the food-service industry.

Definition

HORECA is the umbrella term for hotels (F&B operations), restaurants (independent and chain), and catering (events, weddings, contract). Forkcast is built as a single operating brain that adapts to all three with shared calendar, supply, and cost-tracking layers.
