The share of orders that are cancelled or refunded after being placed.
Definition
Cancellation/refund rate on Swiggy and Zomato above ~4% drops your ranking in their search algorithms and silently kills order volume. Most owners never see this number. Forkcast's aggregator panel surfaces it.
